Under UK law, all products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your item is faulty, not as described or develops a manufacturing defect within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos to help assess the problem.

For faults discovered within 30 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a full refund. After this period, we may offer a repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper care or handling
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance
