Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Please contact us using our Contact page or by emailing sales@japanesenailclippers.co.uk. We'll provide return instructions before you send your item back.

*For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened and used personal grooming products unless they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, where possible, so we can investigate with the courier. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
