Returns
You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

*For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened and used.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
