We’re committed to delivering your Japanese nail clippers quickly, safely and reliably. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK to ensure your products arrive safely and without incurring any customs fees.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched within the next working day.
- Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail as our courier.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen service:
- Tracked 48 Delivery (2-5 business days): £3.99
- Tracked 24 Delivery (1-2 business day): £5.99
- Free Tracked 24 Delivery for orders over £40
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is provided for all Express Delivery orders. Standard Delivery tracking may vary depending on the shipping service used.
Tracking numbers will be provided by email so you can follow the status of your parcel.
